Refund policy

Surf FX does not offer returns on any product that has shipped. They request to be contacted as quickly as possible for cancellations on any product that has yet to be shipped. We can not accept products returned that have been used, even if it was just once. Clothing can not be returned unless faulty as it is custom made to order by a 3rd party.

If you have ordered the wrong product, please contact Surf FX as soon as possible to cancel your order as long as this has not already been dispatched.

Any returns that need to be sent back to Surf FX 127 Ferry Rd, Southport QLD 4215 will be done so at the customer's expense.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We (SURF FX) are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

We offer you a replacement, credit, repair or refund where products have a major failure, such as:

  • The Item has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
  • When the Item is Unsafe
  • When they are faulty
  • Wrongly described
  • The item is significantly different from the sample or description
  • The item can't be fixed
  • Do not do what they are supposed to do

If the Problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.

Please keep your proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for the return postage and we need to receive the goods before any replacement item or refund/credit is issued. Costumers have 14 days to return a product.

We can not refund freight costs.
