Performance Core (PC) fins are made using a multi-layered resin transfer molding process. The flex pattern in PC fins extends progressively from the base through to the tip, helping the surfer to maintain drive and hold through a turn. Jason Stevenson's 'JS' shaper fin updated for 2023. Great for surfers looking for a fin that'll feel dependable in bigger waves, but still want the ability to release the tail and surf progressively in smaller waves.

Overview

• All new construction has enabled FCS to produce the most responsive JS fin to date. AirCore reduces weight and creates more stiffness in the bottom 2/3 of the fin. The carbon tissue inlay helps distribute the flex where it’s needed most and provides quicker memory recall when executing a turn.
• The extra-long base produces lots of drive and speed. The tip is quite tapered and narrow which allows the fin to release out of the lip when pushed hard on more vertical angles of attack.

​Much like her FCS II signature fin, Sky Brown’s signature traction pad lends its design from the most popular pad in the Essential Series range: the FCS T-3.

The T-3 is a super versatile pad that allows you to position and spread the side panels to suit most tail shapes. Sky’s pad features FCS' double square groove, one of the most popular among FCS team riders. This groove allows you to make subtle adjustments to your back foot position, but then locks your foot in place once you load up through a turn.

Other features include the small coffin arch bar, high tail kick, perforations for added sensitivity and a sanded surface on the EVA which adds to the pads overall grip and resistance.

Sky’s signature FCS T-3 pad features a fresh pastel palette graphic that pairs with her signature FCS II Accelerator fin.
