2022 Duotone Unit Foiling Wing
The 2022 Duotone Unit is impressive from the first flight. Light, and stable, yet incredibly easy to handle and control with our new rigid handles. It is all about the stiffness.
The design goal of the new Unit was simple, we wanted to create a wing with a stable drift that can follow you effortlessly without pulling left, right, up or down when depowered on the wave. At the same time, we wanted a wing that created more lift for improved hang time in jumps and easier handling in maneuvers, all of this combined with a boom-like control and steering.
The results will blow your mind, the unit has proven to be our best performing wing to date with unrivalled flying performance. The slightly wider span of the Unit offers great luffing stability when on the wave and significantly better hang time in the jumps. Yet the wingspan and dihedral still make it easy for less experienced riders, freeriding, cruising or rotational freestyle moves. Increased segments to the leading edge and panel layout of the Duotone Unit have allowed designer Ken Winner to finely optimize canopy tension and twist.
The new window layout has led to weight savings without compromising comfort and safety. Simulations on airflow have helped the final tweaks and attention to detail, giving the 2022 Unit such a light feel in your hands with an incredible lift through jibes and tacks and instant response when you need it! Forget what you know about handle equipped wings, our new screwed-on rigid handle still covers pump-and-go simplicity but feels more responsive and direct than any handle wing you’ve touched.
From the superior flying behavior and handling all the way to packing down and the new bag the Unit wing ticks all the boxes to be your new favorite!
2021 Duotone Slick Wing Foil
The all-new Duotone Slick Wing Foil is designed around the Mini Boom concept. This offers some unique advantages over other wings on the market. This system gives you all the control of a boom, along with all the benefits of a center strut. You get improved control over the profile and luffing stability, plus a much more integrated connection to the wing itself through the Mini Boom.
You can choose between aluminium or carbon booms. One size fits all the wings. Dihedral angles on wings are critical. The team spent a long time working out the best angle to offer the maximum stability when riding using the front handle. The canopy tension has been tuned to offer the maximum power with an absolute minimum of flutter. The window shape has also been refined to provide unrivalled visibility.
Slick vs Echo or Unit
The Duotone Slick Wing Foil is the latest project. Many riders will be impressed by the performance advantages. Why should you choose the Slick over the Echo or the Unit? The Slick is the versatile all-rounder in the range, being the most innovative and most advanced design out there. It is perfect for beginners and experts alike. If you want a wing that can do it all, is forgiving and easy to fly, packed with the latest technology and a perfect blend between simple and elaborate, the Slick is the ideal choice for you. Compared to previous Duotone wings, the stability as well as the upwind ability are improved.
Due to the intuitive hand positioning, the handling of the wing is super easy. It offers a very neutral drift and plenty of depower.
The steering and handling of the Slick is very direct and the power delivery very efficient, without needing a lot of strength.
The Mini Boom connecting to the center strut is offering a very easy handling and fits to all sizes and is available in alloy or carbon.
The overall wing span is reduced to achieve and even easier handling of the Slick.
The updated window geometry now guarantees better visibility in all sorts of riding situations.
Armstrong Front Foil Wing
The new range of Fanatic Sky Wing Foil Board models grows to nine dedicated shapes and takes efficiency to another level.
Ride the smallest board possible in the lightest of winds! If you thought the previous Sky Wing range was leading the way in Wing Foiling – try one of these hot new shapes and you’ll be impressed how much of a change a board can make.
The range is split in three different directions, with the two smallest shapes of 4’6” and 4’7” being dedicated Prone/Wing advanced combo boards, with low volume, more radical bottom contours and all features needed to push the limits. The Wing Allround range from 4’8” to 5’8” has its focus on the earliest take-off possible with minimal board size. Our shaper Sky Solbach combined the early planing rocker line of our previous 5’4” with a sharp release box rail and slight bevels in the nose section. The extra glide allowed to pull in tail and nose outline slightly to reduce catching in turns and on the wave. The clean approach with plenty of volume under your feet allows for an uninterrupted touch-down, which helps learners and hardcore freestylers alike – you just never get stuck! The 6’3” is dedicated for everyone getting into Wing Foiling. The extra length and heaps of volume turns you into an addicted winger in no time!
Smik Foil Wing Gen2
Not only is the leech just tight. The whole wing now maintains its shape when de-powered with almost zero flutter through the whole canopy. Thus, the reaction time from de powering to sheeting on is almost instantaneous. With incredible stability when in the neutral position when either riding a trough down wind or surfing holding onto the front handle.
During a downwinder it also aids the wing maintaining flight even with zero apparent wind, keeping the wing up instead of collapsing down to your feet.
Minimizing Strut Flex
As the wing powers up or when hit by a gust there’s less strut flex enhancing acceleration control and power, with a much more precise feel. There’s seriously a stark difference.
When jumping this is even further evident with the wing not folding in half, aiding hang time and lift.
The draft has moved forward, enhancing upwind ability, reducing stalling as you point closer to the wind whilst also taking you deeper off the wind.
They're critical in terms of how the wing reacts while surfing, keeping the wing flying true, being able to actually lean and drive off the wing on your backhand and avoid any annoying movements or flipping.
To plagiarize a popular surf brands phrase, 'only a SMIK wing-surfer knows the feeling'. And unlike other brands who have different wings for different purposes. SMIK Wing Dings cover surf, freeride and race. And firmly believe we’re ahead of the game in all formats, with the one wing.
Rigid Handles are maintained to convert rig tensions directly through your hands. There’s no point having a tight leach and rigid struts with the direct connection to that efficiency lost through sloppy handles. When you pump the wing, the transition of power from the wings leech creates direct drive to your foil thus, instantaneous lift. A crisp, direct feel which will be unrivalled.
Double Air Valves
Placed either side of the center strut, they allow for super rapid deflation.
The Armstrong HEX Fuselage is a ground breaking work of art in terms of engineering and design.
The fuselage has a solid Titanium core running throughout its length. The core is then shrouded in 5mm solid wall Carbon tube. The multi wing HEX fitting for the mast and front wing gives 360 degree surface contact, maximising the load distributing area.
This unique fuselage construction easily handles the highly leveraged opposing flex loads as the mast and wings are directly keyed into the Titanium core, taking your ride to the next level.
2023 Duotone Unit wind wing for foilboarding. With the new Unit 2023 we are starting a new era of wing design. Featuring MOD3, a new canopy that changes everything!
The latest edition Unit offers more power, better hang time and improved drift stability. From the first pump, you’ll notice the additional power MOD3 brings to the wing. With responsive handling through the rigid handles. The 2023 Unit gets you up in flight mode sooner, with an improved grunt and low end allowing you to use smaller-sized wings. The higher modulus MOD3 fabric holds the shape of the wing with double the strength in warp direction and 3 times* the stretch resistance in bias direction compared to traditional canopies. The small gain in weight becomes secondary once you feel the power, draft stability, and wide range of the new Unit.
MOD3 remains fresh like its day one and significantly improves the tear resistance and canopy strength. But it’s not only the canopy that makes the 2023 Unit our best wing to date. We’ve optimized the dihedral angle, as well as the tip and strut twist for better drift stability when surfing or flying through basic maneuvers. The extra lift and power deliver more hang time when jumping. The stronger front handle with better stand-off is another detail that improves the surfing characteristics of the Unit range.
For better visibility Designer Ken Winner implemented the window layout from the Slick SLS to improve vision and overall safety at crowded spots with minimal impact on the lightweight structure of the Unit. The lightweight rigid handles have become a benchmark in wing design for their direct steering and power transfer allowing the rider quick adjustments through its grip range combined with pump-and-go simplicity and minimal packing size. Whether you love drawing flowing lines in the surf and open ocean swells, lift and hang time in tacks and jumps or simply like riding with extra horsepower in your engine, the 2023 Unit is yet again another step ahead of the pack! * More than 7 times less stretchy at lower force.

2023 Fanatic Sky Style TE Foilboard
The name says it all! These models are designed to evolve your style – whether in the air or in the surf, pushing your wing game has never been so easy! The Sky Style, available in four sizes from 55l to 85l, has been designed to maximize stability when starting and landing tricks, as well as improving turns, reactivity and take-offs for jumps.
The higher rocker line of the Sky Style greatly improves turning response through increased leverage over the pitch of your foil, resulting in faster and more direct reactivity. The more “nose-up” riding style is ideal for starts and landings and improves the flying and turning behaviour of your foil when drawing lines in the surf. The deep deck recess with a high-volume nose section offers incredible stability for landings and creates a stable and balanced platform for sinking starts for riders using the Sky Style in a volume that doesn’t fully float their body weight. The higher nose recovers remarkably well from steep landings and makes it much easier to load up for jumps by providing more distance between the nose and the water to prevent catching. If you’re ready to step down in size and up your game in style – the Sky Style is your best chance to impress in your local break or lake.
2023 Duotone Unit D Lab Foil Wing
2023 Duotone Unit D Lab wind wing for foiling. The wing that needs no introduction, the Unit D/LAB is the pinnacle of wing design and the benchmark in performance. The Duotone Laboratories' mission is to develop the absolute best products and break boundaries within wind sports. As a result, the Unit D/LAB features the most cutting-edge premium materials and construction technology with no expense spared in the pursuit of the ultimate ride. Only after it has excelled all expectations and passed extensive rigorous testing does it achieve the prestigious D/LAB seal of approval.
For 2023 the Aluula leading edge and strut combine with our new MOD3 canopy and the result is mind blowing! The latest version of Aluula fabric offers unmatched weight, ride compliance and response, which results in a lighter wing with improved lift, drift, power and hang time. The instantaneous feedback from the Unit D/LAB allows you to fly earlier, jump higher and rotate quicker. The MOD3 Canopy channels the energy from the Aluula material into pure acceleration and sheer grunt! The higher modulus MOD3 fabric holds the shape of the wing with double the strength in the warp direction and 3 times the stretch resistance in the bias direction over a traditional canopy. Lower stretch significantly improves draft stability, power delivery and the pumping efficiency of the wing, which ultimately allows the use of smaller wings in lighter winds and the new Unit D/LAB sees an increased usable range. The new durable MOD3 remains crisp and fresh like its day one and in addition, significantly improves the tear resistance and canopy strength.
Similar to the design refinements seen in the Original Unit for 2023, designer Ken Winner has optimized the dihedral angle, as well as the tip and strut twist for enhanced drift stability when surfing or flying through basic manoeuvres. The front handle has been reinforced for better stand-off and control when surfing with your wing flagged, while the window layout offers better visibility for improved safety allowing you to always see your surroundings. Our rigid handles have revolutionized wing design for their direct steering and power transfer allowing the rider quick adjustments through its grip range combined with pump-and-go simplicity while maintaining a lightweight minimal size that is easy to pack away at the end of a session.
The Unit D/LAB excels in the surf but loves powerful riding, jumps and tricks at all levels. It’s your choice between Unit Original and D/LAB but just keep in mind, if you want the ultimate in performance then it has to be the Unit D/LAB!

The deck recess and high-volume nose offer extra stability which allowed shaper Sky Solbach to shorten the length in the respective volumes vs. the 2022 Sky Wing models without sacrificing the ease of use these boards are famous for, resulting in a board that offers an even more compact and direct foiling sensation. Offered in two sizes in our uncompromised lightweight Carbon PVC Sandwich construction, there’s simply no board that gets you up and going earlier in the lightest of winds.
2023 Takuma Carbon Mast Set
The Takuma Carbon mast has a new profile redesigned to deliver perfect efficiency and maximizes comfort in flight. The refined profile guarantees high rigidity, eliminating flex and drag, working harmoniously with the full range of wing sizes. The thinner, stiffer profile decreases frontal resistance and reduces torsion to deliver the smoothest of glides. This in turn increases speed, wing stability and control.
The shape of our mast has been optimized for overall flexural strength and torsional stiffness. The “variable chord” is wider closer to the top plate which gives maximum strength and stability. The chord gradually reduces in width and is much narrower at the joining with the fuselage, allowing for better glide, less drag, and more maneuverability. This combination also enables the foil to achieve much greater speed.
Secure airtight fuselage connection. Maintaining a fully impenetrable connection with the foil, the new mast foot design improves lateral stiffness, securing a “one welded piece“ feeling between fuselage and mast.
Tough, strong, and streamlined. The intelligent locked-in system avoids any movement between the front wing and fuselage. Helicoil screw inserts make for a completely secure back wing attachment. The overall hydrodynamic contour of the fuselage increases glide.
High-quality protection for your Carbon mast with an innovative magnetic closure and elastic support for securing the fuselage.
Starboard Aluminum GTR Foil
The Starboard GT foil is the sports model and Starboard's original best-seller.
The GT Aluminium uses a shorter mast for lower, more controlled flight and large racing wings for extra speed and performance. The Carbon version swaps the mast for an 85cm carbon mast, giving more height for added performance.
Choose this foil if - you want to go as fast as possible on a foil that has a wider wind range, some low-end power and that feels very efficient.
North Mode Wing
For high-speed performance, efficiency is key. The Mode, our new high-speed performance wing, incorporates N-Weave woven fibre technology, 3x stiffer and 40% lighter than traditional leading-edge materials, for the most efficient power delivery on the market. N-Weave reduces structural deflection and transfers wind energy into greater forward speed, explosive boost and hangtime for freestyle tricks. Development of this new material technology has allowed us to create a stiffer, lighter and more durable wing without geometric compromise (and without the high-performance price tag).
The Mode has a fast, VMG-optimized design, which lets you sail closer to the wind, on higher upwind angles, and reduces your need to tack or gybe, so you reach the mark as quickly as possible. We designed the Mode primarily for high-speed performance, but the stiffer airframe also translates into unprecedented loft for higher jumps and forward momentum on landings. With incredible high-end stability, the 4.2 and 5.5m are ideal for use in stronger winds, while the 7m is optimised for greater power in lighter air. The wing has a balanced lower aspect ratio with rounded wingtips to reduce tip strike, and the new panel layout delivers wingtip stability and increased tension under load. Featuring rigid GripLock micro-trim control handles for immediate response, and new race-window positioning to help you keep a close eye on your opponents.
2022 North Seek Wing Foilboard
Let the Seek wing-foil board take you places you’ve never been. Upwind, downwind, ocean roller or lake. From your first session to boosting, carving and pumping like a boss. Engineered for an intuitive and direct connection to your hydrofoil, the Seek has a stiff and responsive, lightweight and durable Hybrid Carbon construction with a PVC-reinforced EPS core.
The 2022 Seek is balanced for a cleaner release and a more comfortable stance. Its longer waterline improves speed and acceleration. We’ve rearranged the volume distribution in the board for excellent stability on takeoff and touchdown, where every movement counts. And increased nose rocker improves the wave-fit and enables easier lift up onto the foil. Early takeoffs. Effortless touchdown recovery. Easy gybes and tacks. Wait, did you say jump? We say, how high? With updated volumes for each board length, you can now ride a full size shorter.
Armstrong FG Wing SUP Board
Armstrong 's new and innovative “FORWARD GEOMETRY” wing surf board designs highlight the drive and passion Armstrong has to always be improving and maximising the potential of every ride.
The logic behind Forward Geometry is all about the mast track position in relation to the center of the board. The further forward the mast can go the better, it improves maneuverability, response and dramatically reduces the rotational swing weight effect. Combine this with state-of-the-art 320mm Carbon fiber A+System Mast Tracks and you have maximum potential to get your board and foils geometry working for you!
Without question, shorter boards offer superior maneuverability, feel and control once on the fly but getting them there is not so easy. Until now that is, as boards get shorter it becomes important to maximise stability and hull speed when still attached to the water. The new Forward Geometry shapes from Armstrong have addressed this issue with a beautiful innovative approach enabling everyone to take advantage of the benefits riding shorter boards.
The new Forward Geometry range of boards are packed full of innovation. Forward Geometry… Armstrong's new A+System Mast Tracks are positioned well forward in the board to reduce rotational swing weight which radically improves handling and response. High strength custom Carbon fiber A+System Mast Tracks… Plastic simply does not do the job well enough, so they designed their own 320mm Carbon Fiber mast tracks. Recessed deck… This brings you closer to the mast top for direct handling and feel. Through deck carry handle/water evacuation… Easy to carry top or bottom, the through board handle is also the water evacuation for the recessed deck. Extended waterline profile view… Speed is the key, so Armstrong uses all the boards waterline to help accelerate the board forward. Chisel-nose outline… Offers stability on the water and helps push the water under the board rather than splitting it around the board. Aggressive nose rocker into an accentuated double concave to flat… This is all about bringing the nose up quickly to accelerate the water down the double concave to flat bottom at the tail. Innovative tail shape… For better acceleration, less drag at the rear waterline release area, it looks faster because it is!
Accentuated chines… As the board picks up speed and the foil starts to lift, the contact area reduces, making for a smooth transition from on the water to foiling and also seamless touchdowns as the board does not grab as it touches the water’s surface. Stable Volume distribution… The recessed deck, wide Chisel nose and relatively rectangular outline means we can push the volume to the extremities, makes for a stable platform when on the water. Light and strong… Lightweight is nothing without strength so Armstrong chose the best materials to keep the boards both light and strong. Foam core with multiple PVC reinforcements, Dual Carbon stingers, covered with Carbon fiber and Dyneema cloth.
Duotone Pace Foilboard

Its all-round freeride shape is quite forgiving and offering some extra volume for when needed to get going and when the wind is superlight. The high nose rocker and the big surface area avoid unnecessary nose dives and add to the easiness of use of the Pace.
The Pace range is very versatile, offering smaller pocket style boards and also larger cruiser models, making it easy to find the right size for your preferred riding style and rider level. Flying upwind is of course one of the prime disciplines of the Pace, with optimized rails making incredible leaning angles possible. Multiple footstrap options are making it easy to find exactly the right positioning for your personal preferences. Built to stand the test of time this precision molding Pace construction is a guarantee for easiness of use, plenty of control and speed! Includes foil mounting hardware, does not include footstraps.
Neilpryde Glide Foil Front Wing
The new Wingboard range takes design inspiration from our high-performance SUP foil boards and Olympic class Windsurf foil boards – combining the speed and efficiency of foiling with the power of the wind. The aim of the Wingboard Foil is to give you maximum performance in a small size while catering to your level, from beginner to expert.
THE SHAPE To get started we need stability and since volume works on leverage, the further away the volume is from your feet, the more stability it creates. We placed the volume in the rails, at the square nose and at the little “platform” at the tail of the board. Stability is also created by having the feet as close to the foil as possible. We do not want to foil with “High Heels”, so the thinner a board is, the better it rides.
RECESSED DECK Significantly improves stability as you have a lower centre of gravity. It also brings you closer to the foil for more control when up and riding.
BOXY RAILS Pack the volume where you need it, increasing the float and stability so you can ride a narrower and shorter board.
ROUND NOSE Makes it incredibly forgiving on touch downs as the nose bounces and skims off the large surface area, not sticking and slowing you down.
DRAINAGE CHANNELS At the tail of the board lets the water drain out immediately once foiling.
HIGH VOLUME TAIL Boosts the overall float to ride such small boards.
FLAT TAIL ROCKER And sharp rails forward increase ground speed until take off.
THE BEST VALUE FULL CARBON CONSTRUCTION WE HAVE EVER PRODUCED
Top grade 150g Biaxial Carbon wraps the entire board, joining with an overlap on the deck and bottom to create flat stringer, increasing the total breakage strength.
2 skins of durable fibre glass form a sandwich around the biaxial Carbon, protecting the carbon by dampening and absorbing the impact.
The combination of twin T-stringers deck and bottom work together to increase the overall total breakage strength.
Multiple reinforcements in the standing area, nose and tail increase impact resistance.

2023 Duotone Slick Wing
The 2023 Duotone Slick has a revised compact outline with shorter wingspan and less curve. A new wing material keeps it stiff and crispy for longer.
