Axis Froth Wing Foilboard

The AXIS Froth is the perfect balance between performance, early lift and ease of ride – a stable platform that packs plenty of volume into a short length to reduce swing weight and increase your fun while SUP or wingfoiling.

With Axis' newest Froth they've made some important design changes – reflecting the movement towards higher aspect, lower drag foil designs that require more speed to lift-off.

Axis have eliminated the angled chisel on the tail. This increases the length of the planing surface to add sub-foiling speed potential. They also reduced the rail bevel – in fact it now fades out completely before the tail adding more width to the planing surface and straightening the water flow for even faster acceleration up to foiling speed.

Also noticeable is the pulled in nose with rounded outline, to reduce the chances of catching in rougher water, compared to the more square nose from 2021. Axis have increased the thickness and volume up here too, to maintain a balance in buoyancy that will give you stability when on your knees or stepping up to get going.

A new deck concave gives your feet and toes improved leverage when initiating turns, while feeling safe and secure in a straight line when riding without straps. Axis' unique tail pad design ensures any water captured in the concave, flows freely out the back.

Code Plus Ultra High Modulus foil mast.

The PLUS MAST SERIES is the latest development by Code in Masts. This Ultra High Modulus Mast from Code Foils has outstanding stiffness in both torsion and flexion. It is crafted from ultra high modulus carbon with consideration in its layering to ensure the best possible product. It features the same distinctive design and comes from the same mold as the original mast. It features the same extended blend to the base plate and a tapered thinned bottom to improve glide and efficiency when high on the mast.

North Sonar High Modulus Carbon Foil Mast.

Impossibly thin. Impressively fast. North has reduced the thickness of the submerged portion of their new High Modulus Prepreg Carbon masts by over 15% compared to their standard Carbon masts, while also increasing both bending and torsional stiffness.

The HM80 Favours disciplines without wind power - prone surf, pump and downwind. The shorter chord length over the entire mast length reduces drag and increases maneuverability. This delivers more glide, more efficient pumping, and quicker turns.

The HM85 covers all disciplines, with a focus on wing-foiling. Wind-powered disciplines require edging against the wind to create forward drive. Some of this drive comes from the front wing, and some comes from the mast. To efficiently provide this drive, the chord length in the submerged part of the mast is slightly longer. It increases near the top of the mast to maximize stiffness with no drag penalty, as this part of the mast is clear of the water once on foil. A more efficient underwater body shape means less drag and, hence, high and easier-to-reach top-end speed. Ventilation on the mast is now a thing of the past. North paid particular attention to this detail, so no matter the sea state, ventilation on the mast's TE is significantly reduced.

The HM105 has been optimized for racing. The thickness of the submerged part of the mast is a further 1mm thinner than the HM80 and HM85, to provide maximum top-end speed. As a result, this mast is not for jumping. Like the HM85, the chord length in the submerged region has been tailored to provide good upwind drive, while the chord length increases above the waterline to maximize stiffness. A more efficient underwater body shape means less drag and, hence, high and easier-to-reach top-end speed.

The AXIS ART v2 Foil Wing is a brand-new foil series that sits between the AXIS Spitfire and ART PRO wing ranges, offering the perfect blend of the Spitfire’s powerful smooth carving, and the ART PRO’s low-drag glide and speed. The ART v2 is a High Aspect wing sporting an Aspect Ratio of ~10 across the series, fitting perfectly between the Spitfire (average 7.5 AR) and the ART PRO (12+ AR).

The AXIS ART v2 is a foil that retains great glide and pump due to its span (like an ART PRO), while the reduced area in the tips allows us to retain the looser predictable turning characteristics of a much smaller wing (similar to the Spitfire).
We achieved that by using a very tapered outline, we reduced the second moment of area for roll, and worked to achieve a perfectly elliptical span-wise lift distribution.
We have strategically reinforced the ART v2 with military-grade Ultra High Modulus carbon in addition to our existing layups creating a stronger connection between the wing and the fuselage, which provides quicker response, better performance and additional strength.
The ART v2 comes with a unique waterproof X-Ply / Mylar material bag with reinforcements, to keep your foil well-protected from impact, and elements.

Hex Traction Cork Surfboard Deck Grip.

Natural cork surfboard deckgrip gives excellent traction with 1mm thick cushioning. Kit comes with 12 full Hex pieces and 3 half pieces plus spacer to help with installation. Board must be clean of all wax and dirt before applying. We suggest using an automotive wax and grease remover or similar to clean the board.

From the shaping bay

• Outline: A pointed but not overly sharp nose, gently tapering midsection and pulled in tail make for an efficient glider for prone paddling into either small or large surf. That glide translates remarkably well when winging, too – the Midlength is an amazing light wind machine that rockets off the water with nearly the ease of a Downwind board.
• Rocker and rails: Progressive rocker from the nose to the foil tracks keeps things lively in the pocket and makes touchdown recovery easier, and tail kick out the back makes for easy pumping and a clean release on launch. Soft rails up front progress into harder lines out the back for efficient flow and balanced on- water tracking and responsiveness.
• Bottom: Pulling from the Downwind boards, a subtle double concave at the nose works its way flat at the foil tracks and finally into the diamond-V tail shape for a quick pop up and maximum un-stickiness when touching down. If a board ever wanted to stay in the air, this would be it.

More grip, more control, more soul Redefine your footwork. Like the deck grip on our Wing FG and DW foilboards, the Midlength's deck grip is tailored specifically to provide you with maximum control and comfort to enable your style across different foil sports. Smik Wind Wing V4.

Smik managed to further surpass handling, control and speed with a combination of materials which helps the SMIK wing maintain its performance traits further into its lifespan. Canopy With the use of the heavier grade (81grm-m2) Challenge code tec 95P fabric, not only does it’s its shape held better whilst overpowered, it also has a super responsive crisp feeling. The life span of this material is also FAR superior. With extensive testing over a West Australian summer the wing utilising this material although weathered, held its original shape from when it was first pulled out of the bag. The coloured leading edge fabric is the traditional weight (54grm-m2) which allows the wing to breathe a little better in pumping up onto the foil and not feeling too rigid.

The Ventis is Duotone's latest range extension for light wind wing foiling! With maximum lift and power packed into a sleek, reduced wing tip design, you'll be flying while others are left grounded.

Light wind Wing Foiling had previously required advanced pumping techniques, but the Ventis transforms marginal conditions with active lift that pulls you up and on Foil without the need for excessive pumping. The two side struts retain the rigid frame and wings profile to allow for a reduction of the wing tips, meaning you are now less prone to catch or drag the wing tip when starting or pumping to get on foil. Sizes of 7m and 8m become manageable with this effective tip reduction even for smaller or less experienced riders. The side struts not only enhance handling, they also allow to keep the profile of the canopy all the way towards the tips. This increases lift and power through the entire surface of the wing while still maintaining good canopy tension, flying stability and depower.
