The propeller grows 10% in width to increase blade surface area, without changing the blade diameter. This increase in blade area improves surface motoring, grip on the water, and overall efficiency when on foil.

The trade-off is a slightly slower take-off due to the larger blade surface. The improved mid-range thrust also makes this propeller more efficient, helping to save battery life. Think of it like swimming with webbed fingers. The webbing may be slower to get moving, but once you do, your movement is more controlled and efficient.

These propellers are available as an upgrade only and are mainly for intermediate and advanced riders wanting to fine-tune their ride. Beginners may benefit in some situations, but most will prefer to start with the standard propellers before considering upgrades.
